Report a problem on The Landings’ common property — a leaning mailbox, a pothole, a limb across a path, a lagoon that doesn’t look right. Add a photo, say where it is, and follow it until it’s fixed.

Anything on the Association’s common property. If it doesn’t fit a heading, choose “Something else” and a Coordinator will sort it.

What happens after you send it
- It goes straight to the department that fixes that kind of problem.

- Only you and Association staff can see what you report.
Not for emergencies
Reports here are read in working hours. If someone is hurt, a gate is stuck shut, or anything cannot wait, call Landings Security.
